Our delivery fee is calculated at $5 per mile, round trip, and covers both delivery to your event location and retrieval after your event.
This fee helps cover transportation, fuel, vehicle use, loading, unloading, and professional handling of your rental items.
Mileage is calculated based on the two-way distance from JOY Event Rentals to the event location and back.
Additional charges may apply for stairs, long carry distances, difficult access, restricted delivery windows, or specialty equipment requiring extra labor.
